AFRO GLOBAL ALLIANCE IN BAKATUE 2007

The General overseer and President of Afro Global Alliance, Chief Austin Obiefuna Arinze led a team of his staff to participate in the celebrations of the annual BAKATUE Festival of the Chiefs and people of Edina traditional area in the Central Region. The festival had in attendance people from all walks of life, the British High Commisioner, representatives from the Ghana Health Service, Parliamentarians and Ministers of State from the ruling Government. The aim of the visit was promote the involvement of the traditional leaders who are revered by their people into play advocacy and lead role to scale up awareness on tuberculosis and its effect on the moral fiber of society.

Other staffs of the partnership who were part of the trip are Abudu Imoro, Program Manager, Ernest K. Agyepong and Sampson Foli and Cynthia Ayanou.
